Job summary

JW Lees, proudly family owned and nearly 200 years old, is seeking Housekeepers to join a fabulous team. You will be responsible for cleaning your designated rooms to the highest standard and in a timely manner, while delivering exceptional customer service.

We offer competitive pay with tron c, annual profit share, 30% food discount, 50% on-shift food, discounted stays, wellbeing support and career development. Full training will be given, so prior experience isn’t required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience is required; full training will be provided.
• Customer service skills are valued but not mandatory at start.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards
• Work as part of a team and be happy to assist in other areas as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Relevant experience may be helpful, but if not then don't worry as full training will be given
