Job summary

Away Resorts is hiring a Housekeeper/ Cleaner at Sandy Balls Holiday Village in the New Forest. You will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all accommodation units and ensuring standards are met for guest arrivals.

Flexible seasonal shifts run from 10am to 2pm, with additional bank holiday work. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not essential; full training will be provided.

Location: Sandy Balls Holiday Village, The New Forest, Fordingbridge

Salary: £12.71 Per Hour - Paid Weekly!

Hours of work: Seasonal contract - Variable hours

We want you to make our accommodation so clean that it sparkles. So clean that when guests arrive at their accommodation for the first time, we can hear them say "Wow!"

Who we are?

Sandy Balls Holiday Village is a world away from your day to day, with more trees than you can... well, shake a stick at. We have resident alpacas, a bush-craft school and forest laser tag, along with the usual holiday heroes of cycling and swimming. But New Forest holidays are also about tranquillity, which is why our Retreat spa and cosy, cottage-style lodges and caravans are here to help our guests unwind.

What you'll be doing

As a member of the Accommodation cleaning team you will be responsible for delivering and maintaining a high level of cleanliness in all units of accommodation you are asked to look after.

You must be able to demonstrate that you can work to agreed standard and be positive in your nature.

Are you a parent looking for work that fits around your busy schedule? We understand the challenges of balancing work and family life. That's why we offer flexible shifts from 10am to 2pm, allowing you to drop off your kids at school and pick them up afterward.

One more thing...holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays too.

Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

We'll provide full training, but you must:

• Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a very busy Team
• Have real attention to detail with the highest of standards
• Be adaptable...conscientious and very organised
