Thornbury Hospital in Sheffield, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join the Hotel Services team. The role covers day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and staff areas and requires flexibility to work across departments.

This is a part-time, permanent role for 32.5 hours per week. The salary is £24,947 per year (FTE). Circle Health Group offers benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension and private healthcare, and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Competency in literacy and numeracy
• Good Communication skills
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Undertake day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (incl Theatre) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training.

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Services department.

This is a part- time role for 32.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern.

Duties Of This Role Include

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.


• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.

• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested
