Job summary

Circle Health Group is seeking a Bank Housekeeper at Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow. You will join the Hotel Services team and cover shifts on an as-and-when-required basis to keep patient, public and staff areas clean.

Key duties include daily cleaning, maintaining a safe environment, replenishing linen and consumables, and completing daily task sheets for auditing. Applicants should have GCSEs or equivalent, good numeracy, literacy and PC skills, with strong communication.

Qualifications

• Competency in literacy and numeracy.
• Good communication skills.
• GCSEs in Maths and English (A–C) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in theHotel Servicesdepartment.

This is a bank role working on an “as and when required” basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:
