Circle Health Group is seeking a Housekeeper for Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow on bank shifts. The role covers daily cleaning of patient, public and staff areas, maintaining a safe environment, stocking linen and supplies, and flexibility to work across departments and sites as required.

The team person will complete daily task sheets and participate in mandatory training, supporting a high standard of care in a leading private healthcare network.

Qualifications

• Literacy and numeracy sufficiency.
• Good communication skills required.
• GCSE Maths and English (A-C) or equivalent evidence.

Housekeeper (Bank) Ross Hall Hospital Bank Shifts Salary: £12.79 per hour

Ross Hall Hospital in Glasgow is part of Circle Health Group, Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country.

We have an opportunity for a Housekeeper to join their team of staff in the Hotel Services department.

This is a bank role working on an "as and when required" basis, you will be required to supplement staffing levels during busy periods and provide cover for existing staff in times of annual leave or absence.

Duties of this role include:

• Undertake in the day-to-day cleaning of patient, public and employee areas.
• Maintain a safe and pleasant environment for patients, visitors and Circle Health Group employees.
• Replenish linen and consumables.
• Provide flexibility to work in all departments (inc Theatre areas) and at other Circle Health Group sites where appropriate and as requested
• Complete daily task sheets and submit to the Housekeeper Lead on a daily basis for auditing purposes
• Comply with all relevant mandatory training

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Competency in literacy and numeracy
• Good Communication skills
• Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence.
• Proficiency in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems.
