The Role

1. Maintain a high standard of cleaning and hygiene within the home.
2. Understand residents' needs and ensure these are being met.
3. Ensure the laundry of residents' clothing is of the highest standard.
4. Maintain residents’ rooms and common areas to a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness.
5. Build positive relationships with colleagues, residents, and relatives.
