Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a part-time Housekeeper to join the team at Lodestone House. The role covers 22.5 hours per week across 5 days out of 7, contracted for 40 weeks per year. You will deliver high-standard cleaning, support staff and visitors, and follow health and safety guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have cleaning experience, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain various areas within the building.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum to high standards.

• Assist with spill clean-up and other cleaning tasks as required.
• Empty bin waste and ensure areas are presentable and safe for visitors.

We're currently recruiting a part time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team to deliver outstanding cleaning services for Chartwells, contracted to 22.5 hours per week. As one of our committed Housekeepers, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our staff and visitors. Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: 5 out of 7 days. Please note: This role is contracted to 40 weeks per year.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Cleaning and maintaining a wide range of areas within the building
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and safe for visitors by following the required policies and procedures
• Following all health & safety guidelines when using equipment

• Have cleaning experience in a similar role
