Job summary

Chartwells is seeking a part-time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams. This role is contracted to 10 hours per week, with variable shifts across the week, and part of Compass Group UK&I's education division.

You will help create safe, hygienic environments for pupils and staff in educational settings. We value flexible, hands-on individuals who can work well with others and maintain high cleaning standards.

• Brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role.
• Cleaning experience in a similar role is not essential, but beneficial.
• Flexible approach to working and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop, and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, including mopping up spills quickly.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste responsibly.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for Chartwells, contracted to 10 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.
