Job summary

The Club Company is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our Nottingham area clubs. You will ensure guest rooms are spotless and welcoming, including bathrooms, beds, and linen changes. The role supports a premium wellness lifestyle with a focus on cleanliness and guest comfort.

We offer ongoing training, a friendly team environment and an emphasis on attention to detail. The position operates within our seven-days-a-week schedule of early and late shifts, with uniform provided and free

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to the highest standards including bathrooms.
• Strip and remake beds with fresh linens and ensure bedding is in good condition.
• Report readiness to Head Housekeeper and notify maintenance of repairs.
• Assist with hallway cleaning and manage laundry for collection.
• Attend regular training sessions and team meetings.

The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guest rooms are cleaned to the highest standards, creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

As Housekeeper, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include thoroughly cleaning all areas of guest rooms, from vacuuming floors and dusting furniture to sanitising bathrooms, including toilets, tiles, showers, and sinks. You'll also be in charge of stripping and remaking beds with fresh linens, and ensuring mattresses and blankets are in top condition. You'll prepare rooms and bathrooms to meet our high standards and report to the Head Housekeeper when rooms are ready for sale. Additionally, you’ll notify the maintenance team of any necessary repairs, assist with vacuuming hallways, and manage laundry for collection.

To help you grow in your role, you’ll attend regular training sessions and team meetings, ensuring we continue to improve and maintain excellence in all areas.

Experience & Skills Required

• Experience of comparable work preferred.

Schedule

• We operate a 7-days a week business, between 0600 to 2300.
• Shift patterns will vary as per business requirements and encompass all opening hours - weekends and bank holidays.
