Job summary

CYGNET Hospital Harrogate is seeking an outstanding Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff across our site. You’ll join a caring team at a long-established mental health hospital that provides services across two acute wards.

You will work 20 hours per week, carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes, maintain stock levels and COSHH compliance, and support safety procedures as part of a collaborative, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning/housekeeping.
• COSHH knowledge desirable.
• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high level of cleanliness across the site.
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning regimes.
• Maintain and replenish stock; keep equipment clean and well maintained.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures including COSHH.
