Job summary

Admiralty Care Home is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents. The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with a pay of £12.72 per hour. You’ll create tidy communal spaces and ensure high hygiene standards, while connecting with residents in a caring, friendly manner.

Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is valued, with UK right-to-work required. A supportive team and opportunities for qualification-funded progression are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months' right to work in the UK.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Part-time availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by keeping communal areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Care for residents' rooms with dusting, polishing and vacuuming to a high standard.
• Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in collaboration with the management team.
• Share kindness and engage with residents during daily activities.

• Creating a welcoming environment - keeping all communal areas clean, tidy, and safe for residents, visitors and colleagues
