Job description

We are looking for an outstanding Housekeeper with a passion for making a difference to others.

You’ll be working part-time, 25 hours a week (5-hour shifts, which will vary between 10am to 6pm) at Ellen Mhor, helping to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the people in our care.

Ellen Mhor is a specialist residential service with nursing, supporting up to 12 adults living with learning disabilities and complex needs, including autism spectrum conditions. The team also supports individuals who have behaviors that may challenge, along with associated mental or physical health needs. We provide specialist nursing care and support tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.

Your day-to-day…

• Ensure the site maintains a high level of cleanliness
• Carry out daily and weekly cleaning routines
• Maintain and replenish stock; ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained
• Employ safe working practices and adhere to health and safety procedures
• Comply with Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations
