Job summary

Forest Holidays is hiring a Housekeeper at Delamere Forest to maintain clean cabins and support guest comfort. You will work in a small team, cleaning multiple cabins per shift and upholding our brand standards in a woodland setting.

This part-time role offers £12.71 per hour, a 12-hour weekly schedule (Mon and Fri), and a range of employee benefits as part of joining our UK forest holiday team.

Work in one of the UK’s most stunning woodland locations, developing your skills while leading a team that provides outstanding service and sparkling-clean cabins for our guests.

Our cabins at Delamere are tucked away in the largest woodland area in Cheshire. A peaceful escape under starry skies, surrounded by nature and designed to help guests unwind, recharge, and reconnect.

Open all year round, our Housekeepers work in small teams, cleaning multiple cabins per shift. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of exceptional cleanliness, it’s what keeps our guests coming back time and time again.

About the Housekeeper Role:

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing multiple cabins per shift to the highest standard.
• Ensuring all cabins are spotless and welcoming for arriving guests.
• Taking pride in your work and attention to detail at all times.
• Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

Our ideal Housekeeper will be enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to deliver on our exceptional brand standards. You’ll be a team player with a keen eye for detail, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues and meeting set timescales.

We’re looking for someone with:

• Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met
• Some previous experience in a similar role
• A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17:

• 16 years:£8.00 per hour
• 17 years:£10.85 per hour
