Forest Holidays Group Limited is seeking a Housekeeper to join our Thorpe Forest team in Norfolk. You will clean and prepare multiple cabins per shift to the highest standard, ensuring each cabin is spotless and welcoming for arriving guests, and embodying the Forest Feeling from the moment guests step into their cabin.

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic team players who pay great attention to detail and can work well with colleagues to meet tight timescales.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our team at Thorpe Forest

Be a part of making special escapes in one of the UK’s most peaceful forest locations, developing your skills while ensuring our cabins are beautifully prepared for every guest.Our cabins offer a natural escape beside the banks of the River Thet, close to where the Norfolk and Suffolk borders meet. Choose a cabin beneath the tranquil canopy of the forest or opt for a more open aspect in the picturesque woodland glade.

About the Housekeeper Role:

Open all year round, our Housekeepers work in small teams, cleaning multiple cabins per shift. Passionate about the little details, you understand the importance of exceptional cleanliness, it’s what keeps our guests coming back time and time again.

Key responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and preparing multiple cabins per shift to the highest standard.
• Ensuring all cabins are spotless and welcoming for arriving guests.
• Taking pride in your work and attention to detail at all times.
• Following brand standards to ensure every guest experiences the Forest Feeling from the moment they step into their cabin.

What Are We Looking For?

Our ideal Housekeeper will be enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to deliver on our exceptional brand standards. You’ll be a team player with a keen eye for detail, capable of building good working relationships with colleagues and meeting set timescales.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
• The ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Great attention to detail, ensuring high cleanliness standards are met
• Some previous experience in a similar role
• A willingness to work outdoors in a natural setting, whatever the weather

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17

• 16 years:£8.00 per hour
• 17 years:£10.85 per hour
