As a Relief Care Assistant, you'll provide high-quality, individualised support for our residents, assisting with personal care, organising activities, booking appointments, and even escorting residents on outings. This is a flexible role with shifts available year-round, including days, evenings, and weekends.
We're looking for someone warm, friendly, and passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older adults. Experience in care is helpful but not required-we value a willingness to learn and connect. A Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification is beneficial, but not essential. You must be over 18 years old and be able to drive.
