Are you passionate about supporting learners? Dovetail and Slate are employment businesses partnering with over 200 colleges across the UK, offering exciting Progress Coach opportunities for individuals experienced in running tutorials for learners.

We work with colleges that require hourly paid Progress Coaches in the following areas:

• Oxford
• Banbury

Term Time Only. Full-time hours available!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 and group support to students, monitoring their progression.
2. Set SMART targets.
3. Conduct small group tutorials on study skills, employability, PSHE, or similar topics.
4. Safeguard vulnerable learners.

Requirements:

• Cover Supervisor, 1:1 tutoring experience, or teaching background.
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training or willingness to obtain it.
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
