Join a Global Coaching Community

Our client is seeking a skilled freelance Career Coach to join their growing coaching community within an EdTech environment. In this role, you'll provide guidance and support to learners at various stages of their career journey. You'll work with individuals enrolled in postgraduate courses with internationally recognized universities and institutions, helping them achieve their career goals and develop key skills for the future of work.

Your Mission

To deliver an exceptional coaching experience that equips digital talent with the skills and tools to advance their careers, develop self-leadership, and attain valuable career outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities

1. Deliver innovative and engaging career coaching sessions to support learners in maximizing their career opportunities, including:

• One-to-one coaching on career planning, development, and job search strategies
• Group coaching on skills and personal development
• Team coaching on effective teamwork

Encourage and motivate learners to progress their career plans

Conduct live coaching sessions across global time zones

Build and maintain networks within industry, recruitment, and employer partners to facilitate employment opportunities

Requirements

1. Reliable internet connection, personal laptop with video and audio capabilities
2. Extensive experience as a career coach supporting professionals at all levels
3. Proven ability to deliver innovative coaching models, including one-to-one, group, and team coaching, as well as workshops
4. Experience coaching in the digital skills industry; recruitment/outplacement experience is a plus
5. Ability to manage confidential information responsibly
6. Strong rapport-building skills and collaborative mindset
7. Flexibility to deliver coaching remotely worldwide
8. Empathic, curious, and motivational approach

Qualifications

1. Recognized coaching qualification (ICF ACC or higher preferred, or equivalent)
2. Minimum 2 years of dedicated career coaching experience
3. Commitment to ongoing professional development and supervision
4. Experience with psychometric tools is desirable

Benefits

As an independent coach, you'll be paid hourly for sessions and select meetings. Dedicated coachees will be assigned to you, and you can manage your schedule via our CRM system.
