Are you passionate about supporting learners? Dovetail and Slate, employment businesses working in partnership with over 200 colleges across the UK, are offering exciting Progress Coach opportunities for individuals with experience running tutorials for learners.

We work with colleges that require hourly paid Progress Coaches in the following areas:

• Oxford
• Banbury

Term Time Only, with full-time hours available!

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and group support to students, monitoring their progression
• Setting SMART targets
• Running small group tutorials on study skills, employability, PSHE, or similar topics
• Safeguarding vulnerable learners

Requirements:

• Experience as a Cover Supervisor, 1:1 tutor, or teacher
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training or willingness to obtain it
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain it
