Are you passionate about supporting learners? Dovetail and Slate, employment businesses partnering with over 200 colleges across the UK, are offering exciting Progress Coach opportunities for individuals experienced in running tutorials for learners.

We work with colleges requiring hourly paid Progress Coaches in the following areas:

• Oxford
• Banbury

Term Time Only, with full-time hours available!

Responsibilities:

1. Provide 1:1 and group support to students, monitoring their progression
2. Set SMART targets
3. Run small group tutorials on study skills, employability, PSHE, or similar topics
4. Safeguard vulnerable learners

Requirements:

• Cover Supervisor, 1:1 tutoring experience, or teaching background
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training or willingness to obtain it
• Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
