Job summary

Sim Trava is hiring a Team Leader (Barista Maestro) for Costa Coffee at our UK site. You will lead shifts, manage the team, handle stock, and ensure health and safety while delivering exceptional coffee and service.

You will receive full training, drive campaigns, and raise standards across the store. Starting pay is £13.43 per hour, with extensive staff benefits, discounts, pension, and wellbeing support.

A bit about the role

As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you'll have experience of leading a team. You'll get involved with day-to-day operations, stock ordering, merchandising, health & safety, and most importantly engaging the stores team to exceed our customers expectations.

• Deploying team members, making the most of people's talents to ensure that they're in the right place at the right time.
• Training and developing new Baristas and existing team members.
• Supporting with the roll out of new campaigns and products, ensuring that the team can hit the ground running.
