Splendid Hospitality Group is seeking an Operations Director for Hotels to shape operational strategy across a multi-property portfolio. This remote/field-based role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving profitability and leading high-performing teams.

You will partner with the Managing Director of Hotels to implement innovations, governance, and scalable processes that support growth and brand standards across the portfolio.

• Proven multi-property operations leadership delivering high standards and guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across the portfolio using KPIs and data-driven decisions.

• Lead asset optimisation and CAPEX planning aligning with brand standards.
• Champion brand standards and service excellence across all properties.
• Develop high-performing teams and succession planning, fostering accountability.
• Support growth and new openings with operational readiness and risk management.
