Your Role:
As the Reception Team Leader, you will:

Lead and inspire a dynamic reception team to deliver exceptional guest service.

Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries and ensure smooth check-in/out processes.

Oversee daily operations, including reservations, billing, and front desk administration.

Monitor and optimise the use of PMS - Opera Cloud to manage reservations and ensure operational efficiency.

Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to Adagio and Accor brand standards.

Handle guest concerns with professionalism, turning challenges into positive outcomes.

Assist with planning and executing guest engagement initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strong and motivated candidate who embodies our values of service, leadership, and attention to detail. To succeed in this role, you must have:

Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role within hospitality, preferably in front desk operations.

Proficiency in PMS - Opera Cloud is mandatory.

Exceptional customer service skills and a guest-focused approach.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
