Quantum Care is hiring a Receptionist for our boutique care home in Bishop's Stortford. The role is part-time, 25 hours per week on an alternating rolling week rota, with a pay of £12.71 per hour.

You will be the welcoming face of Elm View, providing professional front-of-house support to residents, visitors and staff. The role requires prior reception experience, strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception or front desk roles.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in face-to-face interactions and email.
• Good organisation and administrative abilities.

Responsabilités

• Front of house reception and telephone support for staff, visitors and calls.
• Manage deliveries and ensure items reach the correct recipient.
• Process invoices and support Home Manager with paperwork.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and manage post room.
• Order stationery and monitor supplies; assist with additional duties as required.
• Ensure computer systems are used effectively for daily tasks.
