Quantum Care is seeking a Housekeeper to join Elm View Care Home in Bishop's Stortford. You will maintain high cleanliness standards, ensuring residents have a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment through a compassionate, person-centred approach.

You’ll perform a full range of housekeeping duties, manage laundry, and follow health and safety policies. Weekend shifts may apply, with enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays.

• Relevant experience or willingness to learn the necessary skills.
• Positive, caring and respectful attitude towards residents.
• Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, hygiene and infection control.

• Create a homely and caring atmosphere for residents and maximise quality of life.
• Provide a full range of housekeeping and cleaning duties (rooms, bathrooms, communal areas, beds) and waste disposal.
• Provide laundry duties including replenishing linen and supplies.
