Chef & Brewer - Bra_101 is seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Staff member to help create memorable experiences for guests. You will welcome guests, assist with check-in, answer calls, and handle inquiries while ensuring the front of house remains safe, clean, and compliant with regulations.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Meet and greet customers and check them into their hotel room upon arrival.
• Answer telephone enquiries and deal with customer complaints to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
• Make sure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills.
• Have a great eye for detail, making sure every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for giving great service and making sure every customer receives a warm welcome.
• A positive can-do attitude and be a real team player.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
