Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort in the Midlands is recruiting for a Security team member to help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. This 46-hour-per-week role covers four 12-hour shifts, across a seven-day pattern, with responsibilities ranging from incident response to routine patrols using the Morse Watchman system.

You will liaise with the Head of Security, participate in investigations, and ensure compliance with safety and evacuation procedures while upholding

Qualifications

• SIA badge holder is required.
• Background in hospitality security.
• Able to handle a wide variety of situations with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and crime-free environment for clients, visitors and staff.
• Liaise closely with the Head of Security on department operations.
• Maintain accurate stock control and maintenance of security equipment.
• Conduct/supervise investigations with the Head of Security.
• Carry out door duties and respond to incidents as needed.
