Job summary

Genting UK Ltd, operating Resorts World Birmingham, seeks a Guest Safety Host / Security Officer to maintain safety and service for guests on site. You will work 40 hours per week in a full-time, day/night shift pattern, with on-site duties and uniform provided.

You will hold SIA DS and CCTV licences, demonstrate excellent guest service, handle conflicts, and communicate effectively with a diverse guest group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar guest safety or security role.
• SIA DS and CCTV licences are required.
• Excellent people skills and guest service.
• Ability to manage conflict and diffuse situations.
• Clear communication at all levels.
• IT literacy and First Aid training.
• Own transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high standards of guest safety and guest service.
• Protect guests and property through vigilant security.
• Respond to incidents and de-escalate conflicts.
• Communicate clearly with colleagues and guests.
• Complete relevant security logs and reports.
