Job summary

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is seeking a Security professional to help create a safe, crime-free environment for guests and colleagues. The role involves 46 hours per week across four 12-hour shifts, including duties to liaise with the Head of Security and supervise security operations across the resort.

A strong background in hospitality security and excellent customer service are essential. You will conduct patrols, monitor CCTV, assist with incident reporting, and coordinate with local police

Qualifications

• SIA badge is required.
• Experience in hospitality security preferred.
• Strong customer service and high situational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe, crime-free environment for guests and staff.
• Liaise with Head of Security on department operations.
• Maintain stock control and security equipment upkeep.
• Conduct or supervise investigations with Head of Security.
• Respond to incidents and complete incident reports.
• Operate CCTV with accordance to current legislation.
• Assist with door, access, and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with police on relevant crime prevention issues.
