Job summary

The Belfry Security team is seeking a vigilant professional to uphold a safe, crime-free environment across the resort. You will work four 12-hour shifts over a 7-day period, totaling 46 hours per week, reporting to the Head of Security and coordinating closely with departments and local authorities.

Key duties include patrols, searches, incident reporting, and assisting in investigations while maintaining excellent guest and colleague service. SIA badge is essential.

Qualifications

• SIA badge holder.
• Background in hospitality security.
• Confident to deal with a wide variety of situations.
• Approachable and reassuring.
• Able to get along well with team as well as working independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe and crime-free environment for clients, visitors and staff.
• Liaise with Head of Security on issues and department operations.
• Maintain stock control and security equipment maintenance.
• Conduct/supervise crime investigations with Head of Security.
• Liaise with police on crime prevention.
• Carry out regular patrols using Morse Watchman system.
• Carry out staff, vehicle and locker searches.
• Attend incidents and complete incident forms.
• Ensure procedures for evacuation, CCTV and drug handling are followed.
