Job description

A fantastic Hotel Sales Office Manager job in Banbury paying a salary of up to £34,000 is available for a stunning 17th Century Hotel which has had excellent investment and renovations. This could be the perfect opportunity for someone with sound Hotel/Event Sales experience to step into their first managerial position, or an existing Sales Office Manager to take on an exciting new challenge. This is a reactive sales role and focuses on the conversion of inbound sales enquiries. While the role will begin as a stand-alone role with no direct reports, the successful candidate will be able to recruit a Sales Coordinator as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience of a Sales/Event Coordination role within a Hotel or Events Venue.
  • Mostly Monday to Friday office hours.
  • 40 Hours per week, full-time permanent position.
  • On-site parking.
  • Contribution to pension scheme.
