A leading luxury hotel in Ventnor seeks a dedicated Hotel Receptionist to join their team. The role involves engaging with guests, managing reservations, and providing top-notch customer service. We are looking to recruit a Hotel Receptionist to complement our existing team. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, demonstrate a flair for delivering a fantastic customer experience, be able to anticipate customer needs and exceed their expectations. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with guests throughout their stay, taking reservations, handling the front office administration and should have the following key skills:
Hours of work: Full-time, year-round position, 40 hours per week, working shifts 8am-4pm and 3pm-11pm, including weekends and public holidays.
