Job summary

FS1 Recruitment's client is seeking an Operations Manager to join their hotel on a permanent basis. The role involves implementing standard operating procedures across all departments and overseeing hotel operations in the absence of the General Manager.

You will drive performance, maximise revenue opportunities, and prioritise guest experience by acting on feedback. Collaborating with department heads, you will lead recruitment and develop the team, while promoting a culture of service

• Proven experience at Head of Department level.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a team.
