Kew Green Hotels in the UK is seeking a charismatic General Manager for the Holiday Inn Ashford Central to drive day-to-day operations, guest experiences and long-term commercial success.

You will lead from the front, develop and coach your team, manage budgets, ensure health and safety compliance, and build a culture of ownership and high performance across all departments. The role reports to the Regional General Manager and requires eligible Right to Work and a DBS disclosure.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in hotel operations and guest service.
• Track record of driving revenue, guest satisfaction and brand targets.
• Ability to recruit, train and develop senior hotel leaders (HODs).

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations while driving commercial performance and guest experience.
• Lead from the front, coaching and supporting your team to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage budgets and controllable expenditure with a focus on cost efficiency.
• Develop the team of HODs, creating succession plans for key roles.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing laws and maintain property standards.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and maximise the hotel's local reputation across departments.
