Job summary

Kew Green Hotels is seeking a creative and visionary leader to oversee a 100-bedroom hotel and drive its next chapter. You will lead from the front, inspiring a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences and commercial results across all departments.

The role requires solid hotel operations expertise, strong people development, and a clear plan to maximise revenue while maintaining brand standards. DBS and DPS responsibilities apply, with Right to Work verification and a personal licence as

Qualifications

• Right to Work eligibility and a DBS check.
• Personal licence holder or willing to obtain it.
• Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) responsibilities.
• Experience leading hotel operations and teams.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership in developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and drive commercial performance.
• Lead and coach the management team to deliver guest experiences.
• Manage budgets, cost control and expenditure.
• Recruit, train and manage hotel employees; develop HODs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and licensing laws.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue and local reputation.
