Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Relief Night Porter for Brockenhurst, New Forest. Earn £14.24 per hour including holiday pay with flexible shifts and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have hospitality, customer service or security experience and enjoy independent work while delivering excellent guest service. Shifts are flexible across Brockenhurst and surrounding areas, offering variety and potential temp-to-perm opportunities with selected clients.

Responsibilities

• Carry out security checks and monitor access points.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Handle telephone calls, reservations and administrative duties.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness in public areas.
• Complete overnight reports and accurately record incidents.
• Prepare facilities for the following day's operations.
• Follow health and safety procedures and support emergency responses when required.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
