Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager for its Ware location to lead a dedicated hospitality team and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, drive service excellence, and ensure safety and compliance across all hotel departments.

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen, to maintain the UK’s top hotel experience.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and drive commercial performance.
• Ensure health and safety standards across the hotel and oversee food service operations.
