Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager for the Leeds East site on a secondment to 18 November 2027. You will lead a multi-function Dream Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding Premier Inn standards.

As the hotel leader, you’ll drive daily operations, mentor your team, ensure safety, and seek opportunities to enhance performance and guest satisfaction. A rewarding role with industry-leading training and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate front of house, housekeeping, back of house and maintenance teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily hotel operations including bar and kitchen to uphold brand standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve operations and drive guest satisfaction and commercial results.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met across the hotel and manage service quality.
