Job summary

Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager for Gillingham Business Park to lead our Dream Team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for the safety of everyone in the hotel, develop your team, and drive performance to maintain our trusted brand.

You will oversee daily operations, including bar and kitchen, align with brand standards, and drive improvements to keep us as the UK’s number one in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong leadership and customer service passion.
• Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards.
• Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and oversee food service operations to maintain our high-quality standards.
