Premier Inn is seeking a Hotel Manager in Dover to lead a Dream Team and elevate guest satisfaction at our Premier Inn Dover (A20). You’ll be responsible for safety, team development, and delivering a hospitality experience that aligns with our renowned brand.

With a salary of £28,000 - £30,500, you’ll manage daily hotel operations, nurture a positive team culture, and drive performance while upholding Premier Inn standards and guest-centric service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment leading a team.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for guest service.
• Excellent team management and communication abilities with a warm, engaging approach.
• Commitment to safety and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House, Housekeeping, Back of House and Maintenance to deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily hotel operations (bar, kitchen, guest areas) to maintain brand standards.
• Drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities through team collaboration.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met across the hotel and food service operations.
