Whitbread’s Premier Inn in Edinburgh Central (Lauriston Place) is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead a guest-focused team and drive service excellence. You’ll own daily hotel operations, manage Front of House, Housekeeping and maintenance, and champion safety and brand standards.

You’ll bring proven hospitality leadership, a passion for customer service, and the ability to develop your team while delivering strong commercial results in a fast-paced city centre hotel.
