Job summary

Premier Inn Dundee East is seeking a Hotel Manager on a fixed term contract to lead a Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction at our Dundee property. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage Front of House and Housekeeping, ensure safety and brand standards, develop your team, and deliver the UK’s leading hospitality experience with a competitive salary up to £31,000.

• Prev. management experience in hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong leadership with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Front of House and Housekeeping teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Manage daily hotel operations, including the bar and kitchen, to uphold brand standards.
