Job summary

Premier Inn in Dundee East is seeking a Hotel Manager to lead our Dream Team and drive guest satisfaction. You’ll oversee daily hotel operations, steer Front of House and Housekeeping, and uphold our brand standards while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in hospitality or similar environment where you led a team to success.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate our team of Front of House and Housekeeping to ensure outstanding service and compliance with our brand standards
• Work with the team to manage daily operations within the hotel, including the bar and kitchen, to keep us the UK’s number one
• Understand the bigger picture and what really matters in your hotel to drive improvement and spot commercial opportunities
• Ensure health and safety standards are met throughout the hotel and to maintain our high-quality standards
