With a solid understanding of hotel operations, you will lead from the front, inspiring and supporting your team to deliver outstanding experiences at every stage of the guest journey. This role reports to the RegionalGeneral Manager.
You are responsible for overseeing the smooth running of day-to-day operations while driving the hotel’s commercial performance and long‑term success. Guiding and nurturing your team, you ensure all revenue, guest satisfaction and brand targets are met.

The successful applicant will be offered a role subject to eligible Right to Work and a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This role also requires the successful candidate to hold (or be willing to obtain) a personal licence and act as the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS). The company will cover the cost, and your consent will be required before appointment.
