Leonardo Hotel Exeter is launching its Hotel Management Graduate Programme 2027. This 18‑month development track rotates you through core hotel operations, with early exposure to the Duty Manager role and a clear path toward a permanent management position.

You’ll receive mentoring from a dedicated sponsor, comprehensive learning content, and ongoing support across 55+ Leonardo properties in the UK & Ireland as you progress toward leadership opportunities starting late 2027.

Qualifications

• Passion for genuine hospitality and customer service.
• Proactive, positive and resilient attitude.
• Background in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in departmental rotation across hotel operations.
• Support Duty Manager responsibilities during early months.
