Leonardo Royal Hotel Oxford is inviting graduates to join its Hotel Management Graduate Programme 2027, an 18‑month Management Development Programme with departmental rotations and early focus on Duty Manager responsibilities.

You will receive extensive personal and professional development with a dedicated mentor and programme sponsor, with the aim of securing a permanent management role by programme completion.

Qualifications

• A passion for genuine hospitality.
• A proactive, positive and resilient attitude.
• A degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
• Ideally, previous operational hotel/leisure/tourism experience.
• Flexibility on placement location.

Responsibilities

• Rotational exposure to hotel operations across departments.
• Early focus on Duty Manager responsibilities within the first 3–6 months.
• Support from mentors and programme sponsor to develop management skills.
