Job summary

Leonardo Royal Hotel Edinburgh is offering an 18-month Hotel Management Graduate Programme designed to build future leaders in hospitality. You will rotate across departments, supported by a mentor and programme sponsor, with early exposure to duties of a Duty Manager and a pathway to a permanent role.

You will join a structured learning journey, combining work experience, off-the-job learning and self-study, with development support from industry professionals.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
• Passion for genuine hospitality with a proactive attitude.
• Openness to rotate through hotel departments and roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate across hotel operations to gain broad exposure.
• Work with Deputy/Operations Manager and mentor to develop management skills.
• Participate in assessments and final interview process for placement at a hotel.
