Job summary

Leonardo Hotels in the UK & Ireland offers an 18-month Hotel Management Graduate Programme with a focus on developing future leaders. You’ll start in an operational-oriented role, with a dedicated mentor and sponsor to guide your growth throughout the journey.

Qualifications

• Degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism or International Hospitality.
• Ideally previous operational hotel/Leisure/Tourism experience.
• Flexible on placement location to maximize development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Early focus on the Duty Manager role within the first 3–6 months.
• Fixed term contract with aim of securing a permanent management role by programme end.
