Leonardo Hotel Exeter is launching an 18-month Management Development Programme designed to fast-track graduates into hotel leadership roles. You’ll rotate across departments under the guidance of a Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager, with a strong focus on developing operational know-how and leadership skills.

The programme combines work experience, off-the-job learning, and self-learning, ending with a permanent management role.

Qualifications

• Genuine hospitality passion.
• Degree in a relevant field (Hotel/Leisure/Tourism/International Hospitality).
• Willingness to rotate across departments and locations during the programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in an 18-month management development programme with departmental rotations.
• Work with a mentor and sponsor to support personal and professional growth.
• Engage in assessments and interviews as part of the two-step selection process and programme progression.
