Job summary

Doubletree by Hilton Heathrow is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage daily hotel maintenance, perform repairs and preventative tasks on equipment, furniture and fixtures. You will work with a friendly team and contribute to high guest service standards.

You will tackle maintenance requests, prioritise tasks from the PMS reactive schedule and ensure Health & Safety compliance with hotel policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance including plumbing, electrical and fabric.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Committed to high levels of customer service with flexibility to handle various situations.
• Ability to work alone or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hotel facilities and external areas to ensure good order.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, servicing, painting and preventive maintenance.
• Support colleagues to deliver outstanding service and standards.
• Complete records for legal compliance and reporting.
