Holiday Inn Milton Keynes - Central is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Team Member to keep lighting, heating and fittings in good working order, ensuring guest comfort and a safe environment. You’ll work with the Maintenance Manager and hotel team to respond to repairs and help run preventative maintenance.

The role focuses on practical tasks, teamwork, and clear communication, contributing to a welcoming and well-maintained hotel for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance across hotel including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, resolving issues efficiently.
• Assist with routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs.

• Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks across the hotel, including basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical work.

• Assist with routine inspections of hotel facilities and equipment, spotting issues early and helping prevent disruption.
• Support the delivery of preventative maintenance programmes that keep everything working as it should.
